Inquiries and project agreements
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a construction date, guarantee project acceptance, establish a quoted price, or create a construction contract.
Project scope, design responsibilities, scheduling, permits, payment terms, warranties, and other project obligations must be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the project if it differs from this website.
Website information
We aim to present useful, current information. Services, availability, materials, and project details may change. Any example, description, or photograph is general information and is not a guarantee that the same result is suitable or available for every property.
The website does not provide construction drawings, engineering advice, or instructions for carrying out building work. A property and its requirements must be assessed for the individual project.
Photography, drawings, and film
Project photographs are supplied by PNW Brothers. Some show work in progress. Descriptive photo titles do not identify a client or promise a particular location. Selected imagery has been digitally refined for presentation.
The animated architectural study is an illustration based on a finished room; it is not a permit-ready or construction drawing. The hero film uses licensed stock footage to communicate the style and atmosphere of residential work. The stock properties are not presented as completed PNW Brothers projects.
