About this policy
This policy explains how PNW Brothers handles information collected through this website and its project inquiry form. It applies to this website, rather than to the separate policies of websites we link to or the terms of a future construction agreement.
Information you share
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, selected service, message, and your consent to be contacted. Our inquiry system also records a submission identifier, creation time, follow-up status, owner notes, and email notification status.
Please include only what is needed for an initial conversation. You do not need to send payment information, identification documents, or detailed plans through this form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, assess whether we can help, and keep a record of our conversation. If a project moves forward, additional information and separate agreements may be needed.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell information submitted through the inquiry form or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and sharing
The inquiry form sends your information to Appwrite Cloud for storage on behalf of PNW Brothers. This website’s inquiry database is configured in Appwrite’s San Francisco region. Inquiry records are accessible only to authorized owners and the services that process them. Notifications use Appwrite Messaging and its configured email delivery provider; an email notification may contain the details you submit.
Website delivery, hosting, security, and inquiry providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error logs to operate and protect their services. The inquiry form uses short-lived, hashed connection counters to limit spam. It does not save your raw IP address in an inquiry record. Expired counters are removed as new inquiries are processed. A private preview may also use sign-in operated by the hosting provider.
We may share information with people or providers helping us respond to your inquiry or deliver an agreed project, and where needed to meet legal obligations or protect legitimate rights. See Appwrite’s privacy policy for information about its own services.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept for responding to the inquiry and maintaining relevant business or project records, taking account of legal and recordkeeping needs. There is no automatic deletion deadline stated by this website.
We use access restrictions for inquiry records and encrypted connections on the hosted website. No online system can promise absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
You can decide whether to submit an inquiry and whether to provide the optional phone number. You may ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you.
Use the contact form, select “Something else,” and identify your message as a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions can be sent through our contact form.
